I was recently at an event that featured a “votebyphone” application where the results of a poll were displayed in real time as they were collected via an IVR. This application is one of the many innovative applications that would be a great fit for Interact’s SPOT Media Platform, along with a web server application that could display the results. The application could be made available in the “cloud” for anyone to access and use when they needed, and the polls could be created by the users in real time with the results then displayed to their audience by linking to a page that is hosted on a web server. Organizations could leverage this application to be sold on a per usage basis or via a monthly membership.
With Interact’s IVRs, any number of unique applications such as the “votebyphone” application can easily be taken from simply an “idea” to full implementation.
