Mortech Easily Integrates Voice Into Their CRM

Mortech‘s flagship product “Marksman” is a CRM specifically designed for the Mortgage industry.

Mortech, Inc., a mortgage technology software company specializing in solutions for mortgage bankers and secondary market teams, has been recognized for the second year in a row by Mortgage Technology Magazine as a Top Service Provider.

Inorder for Mortech to hold onto this position they are always looking for innovative ways to better serve their customers. So when they needed to add voice services to their CRM and track leads from generation, to contact, to fulfillment we worked together and found a solution. The result was a set of dialing api’s that could be integrated using a single javascript file. “The APIs are fast, multiple and easy to implement.” says Mortech’s CTO, Jason Steele.

The API allows for lenders to connect to customers without the requirement of additional phone equipment. Managers can monitor outgoing calls, and even stream live calls. Agents can record a call at a click of the button. Most importantly it was easy for Mortech to implement.

“By leveraging today’s hotest web technologies, such as JQuery and JSON, we are able to embed click to dial, dial queues, call tracking and detailed call reporting directly into our Marksman product.”, says Jason.

The API’s are built on Interact’s SPOT Media Platform. Our SPOT Media Platform provides IVR functionality using our new VXML 7.0 engine, and is fully VXML compliant.
