Yes We Can

I started working at Interact in 1993. In the eighteen years I’ve been here we’ve had the motto “Yes We Can”. Throughout my tenure at Interact this motto has had a different meaning. In my early days as a developer it was a sense of amazement that the software truly could do anything.

As I’ve grown older and closer to 40 the motto has really grown on me. “Yes We Can” is our mantra and means to me that we are here to serve the needs of our customers, whatever those needs may be, we will find a way to serve them. As cheesy as it sounds our success is based 100% on the success of our customers and it is our job to help them obtain it.

All of our customers are unique and deserve the best tools and our best effort to get their applications to market. We’ve helped huge companies like MM02 go from the #3 carrier in the UK to #1. To smaller, innovative companies like Mortech who needed dialing functionality to help connect lenders to customers.

Our SPOT Media Platform provides IVR functionality using our VXML engine. The design of the product from start to finish is there to allow us to better serve our customers. Since its inception we have had an application development environment allowing customers the ability to make changes and manage their business.

Our new version 7 supports the latest VXML 2.1 and CCXML 2.1 standards. Our Service Creation Environment provides a web based interface allowing customers to build or modify their voice applications. Finally our application staff and engineers can help you get started or completely manage your applications.
