Interact's Project Management philosophy demonstrates corporate teamwork and personalized service at its finest. Each customer is assigned a group of dedicated experts that enthusiastically work to develop, coordinate, and implement extraordinary solutions perfectly fit for any environment or situation. As a solution matures and thoughts of expansion or reconfiguration come to mind, this same team will happily assist in recommending modifications to existing and future network requirements; so that when the expected (or unexpected) occurs, each customer will be prepared.

Technical Assistance Center (TAC)

Located within the heart of Interact headquarters, TAC is staffed at all times with friendly and experienced engineers who take pride in thoroughly following through to completion any technical inquiries or situations a client might have. Due to the fact that our customers operate in many of the world's most volatile environmental, political, and economic environments, TAC support personnel engage daily in highly diversified system affecting scenarios. This unique background affords them and Interact as a whole with the knowledge necessary to quickly diagnose and resolve any issue imaginable. As a solution matures and thoughts of expansion or reconfiguration come to mind, this same team will happily assist in recommending modifications to existing and future network requirements. Interact employs 60+ people, of whom over 50 are dedicated to technical development & support.

Solutions Training

Believing strongly in the training process, we strive to make Interact's globally acclaimed curriculum as individualized and convenient as possible for each customer. Whether based in one of our Lincoln, Nebraska USA state-of-the-art classrooms or at a client's own facility, Interact's experienced instructors are readily equipped to provide users with the necessary knowledge and resources needed to successfully operate the hardware / software components inherent to each solution. Interact's instructional methodology is especially unique, in that training sessions are taught by the very engineers and system architects involved in the direct, ongoing development of a client's particular application.
