The SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML based Interpreter Set consists of Interact's platform-independent pure software SIP based Soft SPOT, along with a telephony-vendor specific integrations. Telephony vendors currently supported include Aculab, Dialogic and TelcoBridges. SoftSPOT Requirements

SoftSPOT is currently only available for Linux and requires a full installation of one of the following distributions:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux Version 4 (RHEL4)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux Version 5 (RHEL5)
• CentOS 4
• CentOS 5

System Requirements

Minimum Hardware Requirements for SoftSPOT

• 2 MB/channel, 512 MB minimum per server
• 14 MHz/channel, 2.4 GHz minimum per server
• 2 GB RAM
• We suggest using Dual 2.4 GHz processors with 2 GB RAM
