Interact Incorporated's SPOT OEM Toolkit Enables Custom Integration with Telephony Hardware of your choice.

SPOT is a high density, flexible and reliable VoiceXML/CCXML Media Platform used for IVR and other telephony voice applications. The SPOT OEM Toolkit provides a mechanism for hardware manufacturers to create their own custom integration of Interact's SPOT driving their hardware.
