"After 12 months researching virtually every company in the market offering a media server, Voitra chose Interact Incorporated and SPOT for their clients, as Interact was the only company that met our stringent needs. Interact is not only technically savvy, but very responsive. We were also extremely attracted to the fact that SPOT offers application redundancy and failover options when no other option in the market we looked at did. While other players out there suffice with their price point, they lack in their offerings by basically providing a retrofitted IVR. We had issues with other interpreter's inability to do refers correctly or at all. Interact on the other hand provides a very high level SIP at a reasonable and competitive price point unmatched by any competitors in the market we've seen. With Interact's SPOT we found no latency issues and our customers love the fact that SPOT is completely customizable allowing them to modify their own scripts.
