HP's OpenCall Service Access Controller (OCSAC) and InvigorateX, Interact's comprehensively convergent real-time rating engine developed specifically for emergent communications service providers, together provide a solid foundation for LMT to provide new and cutting edge market offerings for their prepaid mobile customers.

LMT, the largest mobile network operator in Latvia, will be able to maintain their growth by providing quality and innovative service offerings through Interact's InvigorateX Real-Time Billing and Rating Solution. With the InvigorateX Real-Time Billing and Rating Solution, LMT can now quickly deploy cutting-edge subscriber services with progressive marketing and promotional campaigns to encourage service usage.
