Interact Incorporated Announces Agreement with Latvian Mobile Telephone
LINCOLN, NE USA - August 26th 2009 - Interact Incorporated (www.iivip.com), an innovative software company dedicated to developing high performance communication solutions for enterprises and operators worldwide, along with Hewlett-Packard, today announce that they have been selected by Latvian Mobile Telephone (LMT) to replace LMT's existing Nokia MCreate IN prepaid solution servicing 500,000+ subscribers. HP's OpenCall Service Access Controller (OCSAC) and InvigorateX, Interact's comprehensively convergent real-time rating engine developed specifically for emergent communications service providers, together provide a solid foundation for LMT to provide new and cutting edge market offerings for their prepaid mobile customers.
Interact and Hewlett-Packard recently conducted a workshop in Latvia for LMT to demonstrate the full array of features and functionality provided by the Interact/HP real-time billing and rating solution. The workshop detailed the integration of the Interact/HP solution into LMT's existing infrastructure, as well as highlighted the InvigorateX subscriber provisioning, customer care, discount provisioning, and recharge operation functionality.
