Interact Utilizes Dialogic® Converged Services Platform (CSP) for Integration with their SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML based Interpreter to Provide High-Density Carrier-Grade Voice Application Processing
Lincoln, NE USA- November 13, 2008- Interact Incorporated, a software company dedicated to developing high performance communication solutions for enterprises and operators across the globe, announced today that they have chosen the Dialogic® Converged Services Platform (CSP) for integration with Interac’s patent-pending SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML based Interpreter. The Interact integrated with Dialogic solution is unique to competitors’ solutions in that it allows legacy applications to run along side the SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML based interpreter. This not only reduces cost to customers by enabling them to maintain their legacy applications, but also delivers to the customer the high performance and density unique to SPOT.
Interact provides high performance telecommunication solutions for operators and enterprises throughout 28 countries around the globe. In conventional open-architecture based solutions, as voice applications become more complex or the number of call channels increase, traditional interpreters overload the CPU. SPOT integrated with Dialogic’s Converged Services Platform (CSP) remedies this situation by using a unique architecture that virtually eliminates application load and memory penalties, thereby allowing applications to scale smoothly.
“We have a long history of providing IVR solutions for telecommunications and enterprise solution providers,” said Greg Gissler, Founder, VP, CTO of Interact Incorporated. “And now our high performance VoiceXML/CCXML based technology integrated with Dialogic’s Converged Services Platform (CSP) delivers a complete IVR solution with the flexibility to create feature rich applications, speed up time to market, and reduce overall cost of ownership.”
“The Dialogic CSP platform has a rich history of network deployments worldwide. The CSP platform and the modular Dialogic® Multi-Services Platform (MSP) are ideal media solutions for high performance voice platforms like those enabled by Interact’s SPOT Interpreter.” said Harold Klett, Vice President of Service Provider Products, Dialogic.
Available immediately, the Interact integrated with Dialogic CSP solution offers solutions providers compliant tools for a wide variety of carrier-class communications services across multiple networks. Also included on the Interact roadmap is planned integration with Dialogic® Integrated Media Gateway (IMG) and Multi-Services Platform (MSP).
