Located within the heart of Interact headquarters, TAC is staffed at all times with friendly and experienced engineers who take pride in thoroughly following through to completion any technical inquiries or situations a client might have. Due to the fact that our customers operate in many of the world's most volatile environmental, political, and economic environments, TAC support personnel engage daily in highly diversified system affecting scenarios. This unique background affords them—and Interact as a whole—with the knowledge necessary to quickly diagnose and resolve any issue imaginable. As a solution matures and thoughts of expansion or reconfiguration come to mind, this same team will happily assist in recommending modifications to existing and future network requirements; so that when the expected (or unexpected) occurs, each customer will be prepared.
